Abstract:
Objective: to establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Menadiol Diacetate Tablets. Methods: The chromatographic column was KF-C18, with isosorbide dinitrate as internal standard, the mobile phase was Methanol-Water (65:35), the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1, and the detection wavelength was 224 nm. Results: the linear range of menadione acetate was 0.02~0.18 μg (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.7%,RSD was 0.4%. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality analysis of the preparation.Key words:
